One price. Whole shop.
No feature tiers. No per-user fees. The owner, office, and every technician work from the same system.
We move you in.
Switching software is the hard part, so we do it. Usually done within a few business days of getting your files.
It does not need to do everything. It needs to earn its keep.
Setpoint should create a measurable win in the first 90 days. These are examples, not promises. Use your own average ticket and margins.
If it does not pay for itself, you do not pay.
Setpoint pays for itself in 90 days, or we refund what you paid. We count only cash from paid invoices on work Setpoint brought in, and you see every invoice. You don't have to cancel.
Clear terms, before checkout.
If something is still unclear, email nathan@trysetpoint.com. You will get the founder, not a qualification form.
- What happens after the trial?
- After 14 days, you can add a payment method and continue. If you do not, the account pauses and your data stays intact. There are no surprise charges.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Setpoint is month to month with no cancellation fee. If you cancel during a billing period, you keep access through the end of it.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. When you subscribe, setup is free and done for you. Send us the customer list and price list from your old software. We bring them into Setpoint, set your hours, rates, invoice terms and team, then walk you and your techs through it on your own data. If you would rather do it yourself, the importer reads your old software's export as it is, during your trial or after.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. $349 per month covers the owner, office team, and every technician in the shop.
- Are there fees on payments?
- Cash, check and Zelle payments you record yourself carry no Setpoint fee. Online payments run through your connected Stripe account, by card or bank transfer, and Setpoint takes a 0.5% platform fee on each one, capped at $25 on a bank transfer, on top of Stripe's standard processing fees. Here is why: AI runs throughout Setpoint, from answering your calls to writing quotes and follow-ups, and we never bill you for that usage. There is no charge per user and nothing to add on. The 0.5% covers part of the AI cost, which is what keeps the monthly price where it is. Online payments earn their keep on recurring agreement billing, small repairs paid on the spot, and invoices that get paid without you chasing them. On a changeout or install, set a card limit so the invoice offers bank transfer, check or Zelle instead, and keep almost all of it.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes — use the monthly/annual toggle above. Annual billing is $3,490 per year, which works out to two months free versus paying monthly.
- What if it does not work for my shop?
- Setpoint pays for itself in 90 days, or we refund what you paid. We count only cash from paid invoices on work Setpoint brought in: a call the receptionist booked, a declined repair it brought back, a quote it followed up to a yes. You see every invoice. You don't have to cancel, and your data remains exportable.
- Is every feature included?
- Yes. There are no feature tiers. Some connected services, such as Stripe payment processing or third-party communications usage, may have their own provider charges.
