What you'll receive
HVAC PROZ LLC sends text messages about the service you've requested or receive from them: appointment confirmations and reminders, cancellations and changes, “technician on the way” updates, invoices and payment links, requests to review a completed visit, follow-ups on estimates you asked for, and scheduling of maintenance visits included in your service plan. HVAC PROZ LLC also replies when you text them. These are service messages, not advertising.
How you sign up
You opt in by checking a box that reads “I agree to receive text messages from HVAC PROZ LLC about my service — such as appointment reminders, technician updates, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” It appears on HVAC PROZ LLC's service request form, when you approve an estimate or sign a service agreement, and in your customer portal. You can also agree on a phone call with HVAC PROZ LLC's staff, who read you the same terms. You receive one text confirming you signed up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Stopping and getting help

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent to US mobile numbers.
Privacy
